Work Plan
This section outlines the full structure and timeline of the LCAM project, detailing the activities planned under each work package and the responsibilities of partner institutions. The work plan ensures coordinated implementation of mathematical, legal, and technical tasks, supported by continuous evaluation, communication, and stakeholder engagement. All activities are scheduled across the project’s full duration from December 2024 to November 2026, with clear milestones and deliverables linked to each phase.

Summary
Across five tightly linked work packages, LCAM moves from kick-off and governance (WP 1) through data-driven mathematical and legal research (WP 2 & WP 3), into iterative model refinement and publication (WP 4), all while maintaining a rolling programme of communication and capacity-building activities (WP 5). This plan guarantees delivery of reproducible AI tools, open datasets and evidence-based policy insights by November 2026.
