We invite the participants to submit their papers, which are in the scope of conference topics, to the journals

"Modern Stochastics: Theory and Applications"
and
"Theory of Probability and Mathematical Statistics"

Both journals are indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.

The journal "Modern Stochastics: Theory and Applications" has been ranked by SCImago in the quartiles Q2 and Q3 in the year 2020, and the journal "Theory of Probability and Mathematical Statistics" in the quartile Q3.

Please note that "Modern Stochastics: Theory and Applications" is an open access journal free of charge for authors (at least for the papers submitted in 2021).

Depending on a number of papers submitted, special issues will be organized in the above journals which will form the proceedings of the conference. The deadline to submit a paper to the proceedings is 15 December 2021.

Please refer to the web-pages of the journals for the instructions how to prepare your manuscripts. The manuscripts should be submitted directly to the journals, with the note that the paper is related to the conference MSTA-V. All submissions will undergo the usual per-review procedure.
